High Performance Metallic Pumps
YTS High Performance Diaphragm Metallic Pumps are able to achieve high flow rates and transfer large solids. Pumps are ideal for difficult working conditions, to pump high viscous fluids, dense fluids and fluids with high content of solids. There are four types of metal alloy pump bodies in within this pump range:
- Aluminium
- Stainless Steel
- Cast Iron
- Hastelloy
Extensive range of sepcial versions of these pumps includes:
Pumps in ATEX and non ATEX versions.
Non-lubricated pumps and not factory prepacked with grease can handle abrasive and viscous, sludge-like fluids. Special design of valves allows passage of hard particles size 6,5 mm in pumps with fluid connections 3/4″ and 1″. This is unique feature among AODD pumps in these sizes.
All YTS pumps feature bolted construction, which eliminates fluid leaking (risk to employee safety) and simplifies post-maintenance reassembly. Bolted construction is superior to clamp band retainers, which frequently require tightening strength adjustment and rebuilds due to fluid leakage caused by clamps deformation or misalignment during reassembly.
