Distinctive design of YTS Air Operated Diaphragm Pumps allows to customize inlet and outlet ports. They can be configured to several settings:
– To simultaneously transfer two different liquids (fluids must have similar specific gravity) – To be used as a single supply and return pump within a process – To mix two different fluids (mixed fluids must have similar specific gravity) – To transfer liquid to two different destinations
Split Manifold Pneumatic Diaphragm Pumps are often used in printing industry to pump two separate colors of ink to two separate locations and in chemical industry to mix two compounds (for example antifreeze with water).
Split Manifold option is available for YTS Aluminium, Stainless Steel and Plastic Diaphragm Pumps in sizes 1/4″ – 1″.
Double Suction and Double Discharge
In this manifolds configuration YTS Diaphragm Pump has got two separate suction manifolds and two separate discharge manifolds. This gives pump two different sides, totally independent from each other. One pump is capable to pump two different liquids (pumped fluids must have similar specific gravity).
Double Suction
In this manifolds setting of Air Double Diaphragm Pump there are two separate suction manifolds and one discharge manifold. This special setting is used when is a need to mix two different fluids. Mixing take place thanks to alternating pumping of two different fluids. Important – mixed fluids must have similar specific gravity.
Double Discharge
When is necessary to deliver fluid to two different locations, Diaphragm Pump with two separate manifolds can be used. Pump is fitted with one suction manifold and two separate discharge manifolds. Both discharge lines should have similar parameters.
